Do you offer virtual and/or in-person sessions?
Yes, I offer both virtual and in-person sessions to accommodate your preferences and schedule. In-person sessions are available in Boulder on Mondays, while virtual sessions are offered Tuesday through Friday. Whether you prefer the convenience of online therapy or the face-to-face interaction of in-person sessions, we can find an option that works for you.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I accept a variety of insurance plans to make therapy more accessible. Additionally, I welcome self-pay clients who prefer to pay out of pocket. If you have questions about insurance coverage or payment options, please don't hesitate to reach out, and I'll be happy to assist you.
